Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 3rd or 4th year apprentice Carpenter to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead other apprentices and helpers, while gaining hands-on experience working alongside journeyman carpenters and the construction manager.
Duties
- Complete various tasks such as demo, framing, finishing, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, painting, tile work, flooring etc.
- Restore and assemble structures.
- Engage in material delivery, site cleanup/organization and heavy lifting as required during projects
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete assigned duties
Experience
- Previous experience in a residential renovation-related role is prefferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and continue to develop skills.
- Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks including heavy lifting
- Proficient with tools used in carpentry work. Must have some tools.
Work is around the Edmonton area so a valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
