Safeline Utility Services Inc. is a utility construction company providing construction services throughout the province of Ontario with the administration base in Smithville.
Responsibilities:
- Vacation Relief for a team of Administrators and Dispatchers
- Invoicing Preparation
- Scheduling construction crews
- Reading layouts, preparing tracking sheets, ordering locates, preparing job documentation for field work
- Ordering materials/supplies
- Ensure invoice preparation meets target dates
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing and record keeping
- Ensure absences are covered to maintain service levels
- Ensure consistency in process, accuracy
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure process flow is smooth
- Support operations and H&S administratively
- Various side projects as time allows
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Business Management or similar
- Scheduling experience an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Adaptability to new software
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Self managing
This position is 100% on site. No remote work option. Successful candidate must be able to attend work at our office location in Smithville, Ontario. No moving allowance is provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
