Job Description
Mirror Interiors is a custom manufacturer of Glass and Mirror products servicing low-rise and high-rise residential construction for more than 40 years. Successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Answer telephone and direct customers to appropriate departments
- Greet customers and provide basic product knowledge and sales support to showroom
- Filing, sorting, faxing and photocopying as required
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Enter incoming orders, modify and invoice orders
- Mailing of invoices
- Other Office duties as required
Requirements: * Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, proficient typing 60wpm+
- Excel, Word, Dos programs
- Detail-oriented, organized; accuracy is essential
- Must be professional, friendly, and courteous
- Willing to work as a team player in all areas
