- Review customer drawings, wire diagrams, and proper assembling processes – follow Team Lead and Lead Hand orientations
- Check subassemblies to ensure they meet Metalumen quality standards
- Identify and ensure all parts/components are cleaned prior to assembly
- Fasten together the body, lens, driver/ballast, board, and other parts, grounding them according to customer drawing and using the proper technique according to the assembling/grounding process
- Wire the fixtures according to wire diagram – identify negatives and positives
- Include power cord and hanger
- Review all components to make sure the fixture was properly assembled
