We are transforming community healthcare through an innovative "All-Under-One-Roof" model, bringing primary care, pharmacy, diagnostics, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, dentistry, and optometry together in one seamless location. We are looking for compassionate, patient-focused physicians to join our collaborative team and help us build a premier healthcare destination for Meaford and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Collaborate with our on-site multidisciplinary team (Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Dentists, etc.) to ensure coordinated patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes using our modern EMR system.
- Promote preventative healthcare through patient education.
- Ensure compliance with CPSO standards and OHIP billing requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Independent registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification: CCFP (College of Family Physicians of Canada) is considered an asset.
- Professional Standing: Membership (or eligibility) with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
