Workplace Janitorial Services is accepting applications from reliable people interested in future fixed part-time cleaning opportunities in Winnipeg, Gimli, and surrounding areas.

This is a good opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work in the evenings and/or weekends. We provide paid training and work only in commercial and industrial facilities — not residential homes.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing quality work. The right person is reliable, on time, comfortable with physical work, able to follow instructions carefully, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
Professional cleaning experience is an asset, but reliability, availability, transportation, and a strong work ethic are most important.
Typical Duties May Include
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Cleaning washrooms
- Wiping desks, counters, tables, doors, and other surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, lunchrooms, entrances, and common areas
- Restocking supplies
- Following site-specific cleaning instructions
- Reporting issues or supply needs through our work communication system
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Must personally own a reliable vehicle that can be used for work
- Must be able to travel to and between client sites when required
- Must have a smartphone with data for clocking in/out and receiving work instructions
- Must be available for fixed part-time shifts, mainly evenings and weekends
- Must be comfortable with physical work such as bending, lifting, mopping, vacuuming, and garbage removal
- Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
A personal vehicle is required. Getting a ride, taking public transit, cycling, or borrowing someone else’s vehicle does not meet the requirements for our current cleaning opportunities.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:
- professional cleaning : 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- class 5 Manitoba drivers license (required)
Work Location: On the road
