Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Clerk on a part-time permanent basis on our Business Performance team at the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC).
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:
- Support Accounts Payable processing by managing the intake of invoices for processing or distribution and attaching supporting documentation where required.
- Collaborate closely with CRC Project Managers, Engineers and Contract Coordinators to ensure invoices are accurately matched to purchase orders, applicable taxes are applied correctly, and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. Assist in resolving invoicing and payment issues by coordinating with business units and suppliers.
- Prepare journal entries and payable adjustments as required, while ensuring invoices and related documentation are accurately maintained and stored.
- You will perform a variety of accounting duties as assigned and includes varying levels of responsibility.
- Perform a variety of assigned accounting duties involving varying levels of responsibility, including but not limited to Data Entry duties.
- Other duties as required.

The Team: You will report into the Accounting Supervisor, CRC Payables & Processing, and will work closely with teams in Accounts Payable, Operations Accounting and Financial Accounting. This team strives to cultivate a culture of inclusivity, support, and flexibility.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have of 3 – 6 months of accounts payable experience or one year of closely related experience would be an asset.
- Have a Grade 12 plus Introduction to Financial Accounting (Sask Polytechnic ACCT122 and ACCT 125 or UofR ADM/BUS 285 or equivalent is required.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to meet and deal with visitors and employees in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

- This is a unionized role that resides with UNIFOR Canada Local 594 offering a wage of $36.32/hour. As a union member, you would be subject to pay union dues as part of the collective agreement.
