Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused FOH Supervisor / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a busy environment while maintaining excellent service and communication with both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately, both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Light food preparation (must have a valid Food Safe Level 1 certification).
- Serve alcoholic beverages (must have a valid Serving It Right certification).
- Support management with daily operations and lead by example during shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of customer service or hospitality experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality service.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle busy rush periods with composure.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
