We are currently hiring for an HR Administrator for a 6 month contract. As an HR Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, supporting various HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

Pay Range: $25-30/hour
What's the Job?
- Assist in the administration of employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
