We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Fitness & Supplement Store Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fitness supplements and related products, or gym memberships
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and fitness objectives
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing shelves, displays, and stock levels
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional communication skills
- Support promotional events and participate in product knowledge training sessions
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Organizational skills to manage stock and maintain store presentation
- Experience with retail sales, merchandising, or POS systems preferred
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with health & fitness products is advantageous
- Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups
