Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition, notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
- Adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional focus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when needed.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture or equipment.
- A valid driver's license
