Motion Theory is a performance-driven rehabilitation clinic on West Broadway — just blocks from Vancouver General Hospital — co-located inside an established concussion clinic and working alongside physiotherapy and MSK rehab. That means internal referrals the moment your first shift starts. No slow build. No empty schedule. No wondering when the phone will ring.
We're hiring one Registered Massage Therapist to join the team.
The caseload is already here
This isn't a "let's see how it grows" role. There's a live waitlist of patients ready to be seen — post-surgical, ICBC, active-population, and concussion clients needing soft-tissue and cervicogenic care. We're looking for an RMT who can step in and fill that flow quickly, while genuinely wanting to grow into more complex work.
Why this role is different
You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team — physiotherapists, kinesiology, and clinicians with 15+ years in concussion rehab — rather than treating in isolation. That means shared cases, real collaboration on treatment plans, and exposure to complex and post-surgical presentations that most massage-only clinics never see.
You'll also support concussion and vestibular clients on the soft-tissue side: cervicogenic headache, neck and jaw tension, and post-concussion muscular recovery, coordinated directly with the rehab team and our concussion management system.
