Responsibilities:
Must have Experience with POS Clearview and Inventory systems and controls.
- Collect cash in an accurate manner
- Set-up and brew coffee
- Set-up and replenish stations as needed
- Develop positive relationships with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Train staff, help with Inventory, Ordering
- Assist workers engaged in food service tasks
- Follow Tim Hortons Guidelines and Aramark's Policy and Guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of inventory management
- Self directed with strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety standards, proper food safety and sanitation, employment standards, etc.
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Experience with cash handling
- Food service background is prefered and the ability to assist staff during busy/peak times
