Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Coordinator with some bookkeeping experience to join our team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. this role is vital in supporting our company's operational efficiency and financial accuracy, contributing directly to our mission of fostering business growth and stability.
Responsibilities
Technology Support & Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation
- Research, test, and implement new tools and platforms, including AI solutions
- Assist in integrating systems (CRM, scheduling, accounting, communication tools)
- Help streamline operations and reduce manual work across the organization
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and scalability
Bookkeeping Support (Secondary)
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Support reconciliations, data entry, and financial organization
- Help maintain accurate financial records
- Work alongside accountants to ensure clean and usable financial data
Qualifications
- Broad, hands-on experience with technology (computers, networks, software)
- 2–3+ years of bookkeeping experience (Canadian experience preferred)
- Strong interest in learning new platforms, tools, and AI technologies
- Natural problem solver who can figure things out independently
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong work ethic with the ability to move quickly and execute
