Oversee inspection and repair of equipment and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate daily work orders with the Service Manager and assign tasks to technicians.
Monitor technician progress throughout the day and provide technical guidance or troubleshooting support.
Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure work meets company standards and prevents repeat issues.
Ensure technicians accurately record labour, parts, and materials on work orders.
Supervise apprentices and support training and development of shop staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding repair approvals, updates, and technical inquiries.
