Job Overview
Career1 is currently hiring a Receptionist for a busy and growing printing company. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or administrative experience in a similar fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing front desk operations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and delivery personnel professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding company services
- Receive and distribute mail and courier packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare paperwork, invoices, and administrative reports as required
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience.
- Previous experience in a printing, packaging, signage, graphics, manufacturing, or production environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
