Chai Hai is seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tea supplies and ensure timely service to customer locations.
- Install and perform basic maintenance on tea vending machines.
- Coordinate repair requests and troubleshoot common machine issues.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to service requests.
- Maintain inventory and support day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude (training provided).
- Comfortable lifting equipment and travelling to customer sites.
