Dubz 420 is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, processing transactions, and helping support day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable engaging with customers while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and make recommendations confidently
- Process sales accurately through the POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and keep displays organized and presentable
- Receive inventory, price products, and assist with merchandising throughout the store
- Follow store policies regarding age verification and compliance requirements
- Help support daily store operations including opening, closing, and general upkeep
- Work as part of a team to maintain strong service and sales standards
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Comfortable learning product knowledge and staying up to date on store inventory
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions
- Friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a positive store environment
- Must be comfortable working around vape and smoke shop products
