Hire Ready Staffing is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers and Common Area Cleaners for a hotel property in Vaughan, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent position — steady hours, a consistent team, and a clear path to keep growing with us.
What You'll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing supplies)
- Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas
- Restock linens, towels, and guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas while maintaining quality
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done well
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 20-25 lbs)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed (hotels run 7 days a week)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
