Journeyman Electrician – Multifamily Residential Construction

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
- Perform rough-in, finishing, and system installation work
- Install door access systems, security cameras, and related electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Coordinate work activities with other trades on site
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations
- Complete daily hazard assessments and maintain safe work practices

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certification
- 1+ years of experience in wood-frame residential construction
- Multifamily residential experience considered an asset
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must provide own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
