Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that customer laundry orders are completed accurately, machines and facilities remain spotless, and every customer receives excellent service.
Responsibility
- Wash, dry, and fold customer laundry orders with care and attention
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, and folding areas throughout each shift
- Assist customers with machine use, change, and general inquiries
- Log and track customer orders using provided forms
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Restock laundry supplies and maintain organized workstations
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous laundry, cleaning, or customer service experience is an asset but not required — training provided
Schedule:
Flexible shifts available — including weekends and evenings.
