Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate referrals, and support business growth. This role includes event coordination, sponsorship management, flyer distribution, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable engaging with community partners and the public.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and attend community events, health fairs, networking events, and educational seminars.
- Coordinate company participation in community sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, senior centers, and referral partners.
- Coordinate the distribution of flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials throughout the community.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Capture and share stories, testimonials, caregiver highlights, and educational content that reflects the company's mission and values.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Track and report on marketing activities, campaign performance, and event outcomes.
- Assist with other marketing and community outreach initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
