Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Assist with permit applications and building code compliance.
- Conduct site visits and prepare field reports.
- Review shop drawings and construction details.
- Support project delivery from design through construction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology.
- 2+ years of experience in architectural or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the BC Building Code and local permitting processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects.
- Construction administration experience.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, or BIM workflows.
