iFLY Canada - Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead Corporate, Agency, and STEM School revenue across the Canada market. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, strengthening key partnerships, and representing iFLY’s brand and values across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Corporate and STEM bookings across Canada
- Oversee Agency, Corporate, and School revenue budgets for the Canada group
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and educational partners
- Collaborate closely with General Managers, the Country Manager, and the international sales team
- Support the formulation and execution of the annual marketing and promotional product calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to changing business demands and market conditions
- Support training initiatives and help drive sales best practices across locations
- Represent iFLY professionally at meetings, events, and partner engagements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within B2B corporate, agency, or education-focused sales
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and performance results
- Open-minded, collaborative, and a strong team player
- Able to react quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
- Bilingual English and French is preferred
Work Environment and Schedule
Onsite role - based in Whitby, ON
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday during business hours, with flexibility required at times to align with other teams
- Some travel may be required
- Training will be provided to support success in the role
