About the Role:

This is a casual position, which means you choose your availability—perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work with flexibility. Once we know your availability, we match you with clients based on your schedule, skills, and interests.
What You'll Do:
•
Provide companionship and emotional support
•
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and mobility
•
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
•
Help with errands, transportation, or accompanied outings
•
Encourage client independence and a sense of routine
•
Communicate observations and changes in condition to the office team
What We're Looking For:

A warm, compassionate approach to caregiving
•
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
•
Willingness to support clients with various needs, including dementia
•
Reliability, accountability, and respect for confidentiality
•
Experience as a caregiver, HCA training, or relevant background is an asset—but we also provide training for the right person
