Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes and support the overall well-being of clients. The RBA will utilize evidence-based practices to assess client progress and adjust interventions accordingly, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect and analyze data on client progress using electronic medical records systems
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff involved in client care
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across environments
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment modifications in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate caregivers and teachers on behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors outside of therapy sessions
- Stay current with advancements in ABA methodologies and maintain licensure requirements as a Registered Behavior Analyst
Skills
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and patient care protocols
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in managing client records for accurate documentation and reporting
- Excellent data collection skills to track client progress effectively over time
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop creative solutions tailored to individual client needs while adhering to ethical standards

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
