We’re hiring a highly organized, tech-savvy person to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing company.
We need a leader who understands social media growth, proactive in problem-solving, resourceful with learning, and comfortable using tools like Metricool, Manus, Grok, and ChatGPT daily.
Responsibilities
- Research best ways to caption videos and analyze growth metrics
- Use Metricool to schedule posts 7-14 days in advance
- Track sales metrics, follow-ups, and outreach
- Help monitor budgets and unnecessary expenses
- Is great at copywriting and using Ai to generate best copy for emails and newsletters
- Help hire and manage remote team members
- Organize company documents, spreadsheets, and workflows
- Write LinkedIn posts for the founder
- Review sales videos and score performance
- Help create systems and company policies
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and fast learner
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Strong Google Sheets/Google Docs skills
- Able to work independently
- Creative eye/design sense is a bonus
