Overview
The Pas Mobilization Steering Committee supports youth and adults through a consent based, culturally inclusive and client-centered wraparound model. We are looking for a dynamic individual with diverse skills to fill the position of Program Coordinator.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Social Work, Social Sciences, Applied Counselling, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
- Familiarity with multi-agency and collaborative service delivery models.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, families, and communities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with case management, administrative responsibilities, and report writing.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
- Successful completion of an Enhanced Law Enforcement Security Screening.
Duties
- Provide client-centered case management services to youth and adults with complex needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify barriers impacting client well-being.
- Develop and coordinate individualized intervention plans with clients and partner agencies.
- Facilitate referrals and connections to community supports and services.
- Participate in collaborative situation tables and inter-agency meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and statistical information.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Steering Committee and funding agencies.
- Support culturally safe and inclusive service delivery practices.
- Promote positive relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.
- Participate in program development, community outreach activities, and public awareness initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Start Date: Contingent upon successful completion of Enhanced Law Enforcement Security Screening.

Pay: $25.78-$27.87 per hour
