Your Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Manage practitioner schedules and appointment bookings
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
- Process payments, direct billing, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Support the daily operations of the clinic to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
What We're Looking ForRequired
✔ Previous experience working in a Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, or other Allied Healthcare Clinic
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
✔ Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy healthcare setting
✔ Reliable, dependable, and proactive
Preferred
- Experience using Jane EMR or similar practice management software
- Experience with direct billing, private insurance, WCB, and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims
- Knowledge of Alberta extended health benefit plans

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, or other Allied Healthcare clinic
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Experience with Jane EMR is a strong asset
- Experience with direct billing and insurance claims is highly preferred
