Pay Rate: $20.60/hour + Shift Premium, Paid weekly

Canadian Executive Search is currently seeking experienced Material Handlers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in St. Thomas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with long-term potential and a strong team environment.
The successful candidate will support warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials, supplying production lines, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the facility.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Supply production lines with required materials and components
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks
- Complete material tracking and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience required (Counterbalance and/or Reach experience considered an asset)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Steel-toed safety boots required
