Job Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, training, ordering, and procurement. You will supervise and guide all front-line staff to provide excellent customer service and timely response and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, production, and sales.

Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.

Maintained inventory of supplies and ingredients, ensuring orders were placed on time to avoid stockouts.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

Monitor financial performance and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Communicate and cooperate with Driver and Kitchen staff to ensure daily operation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
