About the Role
As a Senior Bartender, you will take a leadership role behind the bar, combining technical skill, creativity, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible not only for delivering exceptional cocktails, but also for supporting team development, maintaining inventory systems, and ensuring consistency at the highest level.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, professional restaurant
- Proven leadership ability and confidence managing service flow
- Strong ability to perform under pressure while maintaining precision and composure
- Advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Experience with creative cocktail development, including unique ingredients and garnish design
- Solid understanding of inventory control and bar organization
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
