We are currently seeking a Certified Laser Technician to join our growing team in a part-time role. This position is ideal for a recent graduate from a Laser Technician and/or Aesthetics Program who is eager to build a long-term career in the medical aesthetics industry. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Certified Laser Technician / Clinic Support
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Average Shift: Approximately 6–7 hours per day, depending on client bookings
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage as required
- Clinic Hours: Closed Sundays, Mondays, and all statutory holidays
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Laser Technician and/or Aesthetics Program
- Valid Laser Technician certification required prior to employment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Previous experience is an asset but not required
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with scheduling
- Interested in long-term employment and career growth
About the Role
This is a dual-role position combining Laser Technician and Clinic Support responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys both providing exceptional client care and contributing to the day-to-day operations of a busy clinic.
Currently, our primary treatment offering is Laser Hair Removal using the Alma Soprano Platinum. As our clinic continues to grow, we anticipate reintroducing HydraFacial MD, Scarlet RF Microneedling, and JetPeel Pro in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will receive ongoing education and hands-on training, providing the opportunity to expand their knowledge and experience with multiple advanced aesthetic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients while providing exceptional customer service
- Perform laser hair removal treatments confidently and professionally using the Alma Soprano Platinum
- Assist with reception duties, appointment bookings, and client communication
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sanitation protocols
- Complete general housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Participate in ongoing education and training as additional treatment modalities are introduced

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $19.00 per hour during the initial 3-month probationary period
- Performance and compensation review upon successful completion of the probationary period
- Gratuities begin once you are independently treating clients
