The successful candidate will become a member of the ATCO Wood Products Maintenance Team that provides regular and routine maintenance to machines, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and environmental policies are held to the highest standards. You will be Installing, maintaining, inspecting and repairing a wide variety of mechanical equipment throughout the facility and will set an example for owning Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Ø Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified millwright in the wood product manufacturing industry.
Ø Have your Red Seal Millwright Certification.
Ø Be a self starter and exhibit solid analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
Ø Exhibit a firm and steadfast commitment to safety, have demonstrated strong and effective communication skills, and the have shown the ability to collaborate and work cooperatively within your immediate team and across the organization.
Ø Have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and an ability to contribute to a positive culture based on mutual trust and respect while delivering results
