Responsibilities
- Operate power tools to cut, drill, shape, and assemble materials.
- Assist with building, forming, and installing structural components for civil projects.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Support site set-up, layout, and clean-up as needed.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in safely operating hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with rigging and material handling techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding manual labour.
