Full-Time Intermodal Dispatcher
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Intermodal Dispatcher to join our growing trucking company team full-time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with drivers and customers, and have strong problem-solving skills.

$20.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Day shift with occasional after-hours support
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch intermodal/container freight efficiently
- Communicate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes
- Monitor load progress and provide updates to customers
- Track driver hours and ensure compliance with DOT/Hours of Service regulations
- Handle appointment scheduling, delays, and service issues
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment updates
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time performance
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch or trucking industry experience preferred
- Intermodal or container experience considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dispatch software and transportation management systems is an asset
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
