YT Carriers Inc. is seeking dependable, motivated Independent Contractors (Owner-Operators) for dedicated parcel delivery routes in the Montreal area. As a delivery partner, you will operate your own vehicle to ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to residential and commercial locations.

Compensation &* Earnings*
Payment Model: Paid per successful delivery (Pay-per-stop). The exact rate per stop varies based on the size and weight of the package (e.g., standard envelopes vs. oversized boxes).
Earning Potential: Average gross earnings range from $200 to $300+ per day, depending on route efficiency and package mix.
Payment Schedule:
There is an initial 21-day hold for processing your first invoice.
Following the first payment, payouts occur weekly via direct deposit.
Schedule &* Volume*
Shift Structure: Routes operate daily (Monday – Sunday).
Start Time: Morning dispatch (typically around 9:30am but it’s subject to change for an earlier pickup)
Volume: Consistent daily parcel volume.
Vehicle Requirements (Must Provide Your Own)
To qualify for this contract, you must have access to one of the following reliable commercial vehicles in good physical and mechanical condition:
- Cargo Van / Mid-Size Van (e.g., Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Sprinter)
- Minivan
- Note: Small sedans or SUVs are not suitable for the daily package volume.
Contract Requirements
Valid Driver’s License: Class 5 (or equivalent province-specific license).
Clean Record: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
Technology: Smartphone (iOS or Android) with a cellular data plan to operate the delivery routing application
Physical Ability: Able to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs and climb stairs comfortably.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.
Pay: $200.00-$300.00 per day
