The Sales Leader, will be responsible for prospecting, training and supporting all Sales personnel within the given RIM ecosystem. RIM has built a strategy whereby Ecosystems have and are being built with purpose. An Ecosystem could be a territory, it could be a group of organizations tied together in an area or it could be tied to a vertical strategy.
Additionally, the role will continuously promote sales activity to bring new logo business to RIM. The Sales Leader will develop a strategy that will increase RIM market share and offer consultative support while adhering to the RIM Sales Program set forth by the Executive leader with oversight of RIM Sales. The Sales Leader will be the Sales escalation point for all Sales personnel and customers within their region.
Core Goals and Meaning
- Responsible for 12 new logos that are either in the verticals RIM offers and/or result in $5,000/mo. in GP per annum.
- Responsible to hunt within the Ecosystem specifically
- Responsible to hire and/or groom a number two who can be a successful Salesperson within RIM by year 3; rinse and repeat to grow the team and business
Responsible to build an Ecosystem strategy to market, hunt, retain and upsell the Ecosystem with a small team that will all be supported by RIM’s corporate marketing and Sales strategy teams
