Toyota Plaza is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on team member to join our busy Parts Department in a Parts Inventory Maintenance / Shipping & Receiving role.
This position plays an important part in keeping our parts Department running efficiently by receiving and organizing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate and accessible inventory, and supporting the day-to-day flow of parts throughout the dealership.

What You’ll Do

Receive, unload, and verify daily parts and freight shipments for accuracy

Check incoming shipments and identify any shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Stock and organize incoming parts in their proper locations

Maintain a clean, organized, and easily accessible parts inventory and storage area

Organize, store, and move tires (10–50 lbs), particularly during busy seasonal tire changeovers

Complete daily parts scrap and assist with inventory control

Use dealership computer systems to receive and track parts and maintain accurate records

Contact customers with updates regarding parts orders and arrivals

Provide general support to the Parts Department as assigned by the department manager.

Ability to perform an active, physical role and repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
