Due to continued growth, Milton Toyota is creating the role of Delivery Coordinator. The job will be responsible for being the primary delivery person and point for all new and used vehicle deliveries including completing the product presentation, connected services and intro to service, etc. for all deliveries prior to handing to the Financial Services Manager (FSM) for final delivery turnover.
The individual hired for this position will act as air traffic control, being the contact between the FSM and service department to coordinate any purchased products (i.e. tint) and schedule FIRM appointments with customer, salesperson, and FSM for customer to take delivery of their new vehicle.
Vehicle Order Management: Reviewing customer orders, verifying accuracy, and scheduling customer vehicle delivery date and time in an efficient manner. This includes liaising with sales management if vehicle arrival delays occur.
Logistics: Scheduling deliveries, preparing paperwork as required, and coordinating with sales and F&I personnel.
Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries, providing updates on delivery status, and addressing any issues.
Vehicle Presentation to Customer at Delivery: Present and review key technology, comfort, and safety features of each vehicle at time of customer taking possession. This would also include convenience items such as pairing a phone to the vehicle.
Administrative Support: Assist in completion of vehicle licencing for Ministry of Transportation. Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to both sales management and F&I teams on an on-going basis.
