We are recruiting for an Office Manager to join our team at KAG Canada in Yellowknife. This is a key position for RTL Construction and will oversee day-to-day administrative functions and support contract management.
About the position:

Oversee invoicing for Capital Transit Mix, Joint Ventures, Force Accounts and general Projects

Complete Monthly Revenue Report

Coordinate invoice coding and make approvals for payment

Manage employee home heating and fuel card programs as well as company credit card reconciliation

Other duties as assigned, flexibility is key for success in this position.
What you bring:

5 years previous experience working in a similar role

Base level knowledge of accounting functions

Detail oriented
-
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
