Overview
Yourmaid Residential Services is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and welcoming residential and commercial environments for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, shelves, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstery.
- Sweep, mop, and wash hard-surface floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and fixtures.
- Wipe down countertops, cabinets, appliances, and other household surfaces.
- Make beds, change linens, and tidy rooms as required.
- Empty garbage and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet cleaning machines, and other tools safely and effectively.
- Follow client instructions and company cleaning procedures to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience ( 2-3 years) is a MUST.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleaning standards.
- Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must provide a Criminal Record Check.
- Must prover a Driver's License.
- Must provide 2 References

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
