Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mobile Locksmith Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site locksmith services directly at customer locations, ensuring prompt and professional assistance for lockouts, key replacements, and security system installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locksmithing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform locksmith services, including lockouts, key duplication, lock repairs, and installations
- Diagnose security issues and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to client needs
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks, safes, and security systems
- Provide emergency lockout assistance with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and transported securely
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities
Skills
- Proven experience as a locksmith or in a related security field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of lock mechanisms, key cutting, and security systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic locking devices effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with electronic access control systems or advanced security technology

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
