RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main responsibilities will be to support the operations and procurement teams with inventory management and data entry tasks with a positive attitude and high attention to detail. As the Inventory & Procurement Clerk you will support Aethera® through a variety of responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
· Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments
· Kit manufacturing orders for production team, including outgoing shipments to subcontractors
· Coordinate scheduled full and cycle inventory counts
· Manage and maintain inventory levels in MRP system
· Provide support to the purchasing team as required
· Coordinate inventory requests from other departments
To achieve this, you will be working as a member of the administration and operations teams, and closely with other internal departments. Your efforts will enable the company to ensure inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: You will have a high level of self motivation and keen attention to detail. You will have completed a relevant Post-Secondary Program (or equivalent work experience). Two (2) years of experience in a similar role would be considered an asset. You will have demonstrated strong skills in organization, written and verbal communication, and time management. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with documentation and processes related to domestic and international shipments, and experience with an inventory management and/or MRP system would be considered an asset. You will have the ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform light physical tasks as required. Forklift operator experience would be considered an asset, but is not mandatory. You must be able to complete and maintain controlled goods security assessment, industrial security clearance requirements, or any other clearances required by Aethera®. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and qualifications.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
