Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Casual / On-Call) to join our vibrant team. This is a casual position where we do not guarantee any working hours. Management team contact with our Casual educators team whenever there is a need for coverage.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth for children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure clear understanding of each child's needs and progress.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan, evaluate, and adapt educational strategies tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by applying inclusive teaching practices and accommodations.
- Document observations and developmental milestones accurately using written reports and digital tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development stages, and classroom management techniques.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Competent computer skills including basic operation of digital devices, educational software, and record-keeping systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide young learners positively.
