We are seeking a dedicated Beef Jerky Production Associate to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on the production of high-quality beef jerky. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in food processing and safety, with a keen eye for sanitation and quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in meat handling, packaging, and food manufacturing processes within the food industry.

Duties
- Operate and monitor equipment used in beef jerky production, ensuring efficient and safe operation
- Assist with meat cutting, preparation, and portioning according to product specifications
- Package finished products accurately, maintaining proper labeling and sealing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and safety
- Follow all safety protocols related to food processing, sanitation, and machinery operation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing setting
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving lifting or handling products up to 50lbs.
Pay: $18.25 per hour
