Engineering Project Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced automotive stamping and tool & die environment. This role provides direct support to the management group by coordinating projects, maintaining critical business and technical data, communicating with suppliers, and assisting with program execution across multiple facilities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical information, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, purchasing, and external suppliers to ensure projects remain on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering and program activities, supporting project execution, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Manage customer, supplier, and engineering documentation, ensuring accurate records, master data, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate supplier communications, RFQ processes, logistics, and other program-related administrative activities.
- Support manufacturing and quality initiatives through data collection, documentation review, reporting, and internal tracking systems.
- Organize project meetings, monitor action items, and assist with on-site project coordination to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with industry standard CAD software
- Experience working with technical documentation, manufacturing environments, or automotive suppliers is an asset.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, APQP processes, tooling, stamping, or automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
