THE ROLE
We're looking for a Part-Time Weekday Cleaner who genuinely loves deep cleaning — someone who gets a little satisfaction seeing a grimy oven transformed or grout lines that actually look white again. You'll primarily work Monday to Friday during daytime hours, focusing on deep cleans, move-in/move-out jobs, and thorough top-to-bottom refreshes.
Bonus points if you're rooted in the Fredericton community and love the idea of your work actually making a difference in people's homes and lives.
JOB DESCRIPTION: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Performing thorough residential and commercial deep cleans
- Move-in / move-out cleaning and post-renovation refreshes
- Detail work: inside appliances, baseboards, window tracks, grout, cabinets
- Maintaining product knowledge and using cleaning tools correctly
- Supporting the team on larger multi-area jobs when needed
- Representing M2 professionally in every client's home
- Communicating clearly with your team lead on job progress and any concerns

DETAILS
- Schedule: Weekdays — Monday to Friday, flexible hours
- Type: Part-time (hours may grow based on business demand)
- Location: Fredericton, NB and surrounding areas
- Pay: Competitive — discussed at interview based on experience
- Start date: As soon as the right person is found
