Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Restaurant Technology to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting innovative technology solutions tailored for the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for technology sales. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking within the restaurant industry
- Present and demonstrate restaurant technology products and services to prospective clients
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure sales agreements
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs
- Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process, ensuring clients understand product benefits and features
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to identify additional needs and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the restaurant or technology sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, hospitality industry standards, or related fields is advantageous
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for technology sales and business growth
Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
