- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional advice on nail care.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care, body waxing, and customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon environment.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
